Sales Order Processing & Shipping Queue

Sales orders are processed on a First-In First-Out (FIFO) basis. Approved stock orders entered by the below times will be processed accordingly:

  • Freight shipments – orders approved by 12:00pm CST will be processed same business day
  • Ground/Express/Overnight shipments – orders approved by 2:00pm CST will be processed same business day
  • All efforts will be made to process as many orders as possible, even if entered past the shipping deadlines. The carrier pickup window in both distribution centers is 3pm-5pm CST, therefore; this may influence a late orders ability to be processed.

All orders that do not meet the above deadlines will ship next business day.

Direct drop-ship item(s) on a sales order entered by 3:00pm CST will be issued to vendor(s) same business day. Vendors may take up to two business days to process and ship direct drop ship orders. Orders not meeting the deadline will have purchase order(s) issued next business day.

Shipment status can be tracked directly from our website by logging into your account. Please note that we occasionally ship from multiple warehouses and your order may arrive in multiple boxes at different times. Shipments include a packing slip which detail information about the contents. Order confirmation, shipment notices and packing slips are emailed to the email address on account and can also be retrieved by accessing your customer account.
